Is the registration fee for TibiClub membership charged per family unit or per family member?
The registration fee is €24 and it is per contract.
Is there a special TibiClub for single-parent families?
By presenting the single-parent family certificate, issued by the Government of Catalonia, you can enjoy the following advantages when purchasing TibiClub Family:
- Single price of €168 (exemption from paying registration fee)
- Being able to include whomever you wish, over the age of 18 and whatever the connection between the two adults, as a second contract holder
Is there any discount for large families?
The TibiClub Family price is €168 + €24 registration fee for new members. This product is aimed at any family, although especially at large family groups, since it allows you to include spouse or unmarried partner and all children under the age of 18.
Do those with functional diversity wishing to purchase TibiClub have any discount?
People with functional diversity, and able to prove this when purchasing their ticket from the Customer Service Office, by presenting the disability certificate or card proving the disability (any of these documents together with the DNI), benefit from a reduced rate for enjoying the attractions and shows their height allows for one day: €7/person + one companion for free (when the need of this third person is proven). For this reason, when a person with functional diversity is interested in purchasing the TibiClub pass, from the Park, we recommend calculating the amount of the day family tickets and then the approximate number of times they can come over a year, so that each person can see whether the TibiClub meets their needs.
Where can I purchase the TibiClub?
You can purchase the TibiClub:
- Online (entering details + payment). Then you need to formaliza the contract at the TibiClub Office, located at the Park’s main entrance, next to the Customer Service Office.
- In person, you can complete your membership (details +payment) and sign it (the adults signing the contract + presenting documents) in person at the Tibiclub Office, located at the Park’s main entrance, next to the Customer Service Office. The TibiClub Office closes two hours before the Park closes.
- You can also purchase it at the Tibidabo Store, located in Passeig Sant Gervasi, 36 (Barcelona).
I want to be a TibiClub member and I bought one-day tickets. Can I discount them from the annual pass?
Yes. You can discount the amount of the day's tickets by presenting the box office ticket, as long as:
- No more than 30 calendar days have passed since the date of purchase of the tickets
- Only the tickets of people who will be part of the TibiClub contract will be discounted
- The registration fee is not discounted

How can I sign the TibiClub if the two holders (adults) can’t go up to do so?
In these cases, one of the holders can go up to sign the contract and can then take their pass and the children’s. The Park keeps the contract and the pass of the adult unable to come, who must sign the contract and collect their pass when next visiting before entering the venue (DNI must be shown).
What documents are required?
On the day of registration, to be able to purchase the membership, there must be the adults to sign the contract, and to present the following documents:
- DNI of the adults (in the case of minors, required from 14 years of age)
- Family Book (in the case of the Family category)
- A passport-sized photo of each member included in the contract
Can we purchase TibiClub Family if we're not married?
Unmarried partners can also purchase the TibiClub Family. In this case, the documents to be presented are:
- DNI of the adults (in the case of minors, required from 14 years and above)
- Certificate of registration in the municipal register*
- Family book (in the case of the Family category)
- A passport-sized photo of each member included in the contract
*If you don’t have the certificate of registration in the municipal register, you can also present details of a joint bank account opened at least 6 months ago.
If the minors have a DNI, does the Family Book need to be presented?
If all members to be included in the TibiClub contract have a DNI, the Family Book does not need to be presented.
Can grandparents purchase the TibiClub pass with their grandchildren?
Yes, they can purchase the TibiClub Family category, and documents to be presented are:
- DNI of the adults
- Family Book (grandchildren)
- A passport-sized photo of each member included in the contract
The two adults (grandparents) must be present to sign the contract.
How do I know when my contract expires?
This information is displayed on your TibiClub pass, your TibiClub Area or you can contact us through this form.
How can I renew?
If you’re interested in renewing your membership, you can do so through the following channels:
- In person at the Park, at the TibiClub Office or at any of the ticket offices.
- On the private TibiClub Area (payment by card or direct debit).
We recommend renewing through the TibiClub Area, which is the easiest and quickest way.
Details to enter are:
- User: email stated in the TibiClub contract
- Password*: In case you have not changed the password or have not indicated one at the time of signing up for your contract, your password will be the DNI with the capital letter of the first person holding the contract.
*If you can’t remember the password, you can click on “I forgot my password” and you’ll receive an email with the new password. Once inside the exclusive area, you can change this if you wish.
You have a maximum of one month after the contact ends to renew it. Otherwise, the contract will permanently expire automatically.
What are the advantages of renewing?

How do I activate access to the exclusive members’ section?
Details to enter to the TibiClub Area are:
- User: email stated in the TibiClub contract

Is collective transport free for members?
Yes, both the Cuca de Llum and the TibiBus T2B (from Parking B:SM Sant Genís) and T2C (from Plaça Kennedy).
Can members park for free?
Members can park their vehicle for free in Parking B:SM Sant Genís (by purchasing the entrance to the Amusement Park when it is open) and access free of charge with the TibiBus T2B to the Cuca de Llum. To benefit from the free parking, it is essential to collect a voucher from the ticket office and present the cashier's tickets according to which the day's tickets for the Amusement Park have been purchased. Likewise, inside the car park (outside area, upper level) you have a ticket sales point, where you can collect your wristband.
Parking at the summit is chargeable for all visitors.
I’ve lost the cards. What do I have to do?
If you lose the cards, you can request a duplicate for €3.30/card. If they're stolen, and you report this to the police, duplicates are free of charge. You’ll have to present your DNI and passport-sized photos.
I no longer want to be a member of the Park. How do I go about cancelling my contract?
You can cancel your membership through this form, providing the following details: name and surnames, DNI and TibiClub membership number.
