Un cop de mà
This Sunday 22nd of May, the Tibidabo Amusement Park will host the solidarity day Un cop de mà, organized by the Fundación migranodearena. The three entities that will come to the Park, to bring the tasks to children and their families with workshops and activities, are:
- Casal dels Infants: NGO that works to offer equal opportunities to children, young people and families in vulnerable situations.
- Junts Autisme: Foundation that provides support for people with autism spectrum disorders, their families and professionals.
- Casa Ronald McDonald: A house that accommodates families who come to the city of Barcelona for free so that their children can be treated in the reference hospitals.
Many thanks to the foundations for participating in this day. We look forward to seeing you! 💛
10 years of alliance with UNICEF
In 2012, UNICEF Comitè Catalunya and the Tibidabo Amusement Park signed a very special collaboration agreement: an alliance in favor of children. Since its inception, the alliance between the two organizations has aimed to promote awareness of the rights of girls and boys among society and those attending the Park. During these 10 years of collaboration, various activities, educational workshops, talks and events have been held with the aim of raising awareness of children’s rights to families, children visiting the Park.
For this reason, next Saturday the 28th of May, we want to celebrate with all of you these 10 years of alliance. The Tibidabo Amusement Park will be filled with blue, will host an exhibition at the Museu d'Autòmats and will celebrate the remarkable milestone with activities and workshops. And all this, coinciding with World Play Day.
We look forward to seeing you! 💙
Drops of Water Project
Tu també pots
The Tibidabo Amusement Park participates in the Tu també pots project, a book born from the creation of an educational project that wants to raise awareness among young people. From the schools, we want to generate a conversation with the students by answering the question: "And what can I do?", to improve the current situation in the world with small gestures. Many schools work together so that small and simple actions can improve the world in which we live. The initiatives are small drops of water, which are gaining strength together. But the project also wants to reach the most adult audience, as we can all contribute our little grain of sand to live happily in this world.
On the 16th of June, the Tibidabo Amusement Park will host the exhibition of all the drops of water from the project of the different schools. In this way, we will be able to know what the proposals of the little ones are and learn from them. We also had the pleasure of attending the presentation of the book Tu també pots by Anna Llauradó, which you can find in the Botiga of the Park. 📚 In addition, on Sant Jordi, we will have the author to sign the books for us at the Tibidabo stop in Barcelona!
What about you? With what small action do you think you can help improve the world? What's your water drop? 💧
Ti: the bird that makes us laugh
In this new season, we will have the pleasure of meeting (even more) the Mascotes of Tibidabo. With four different stories to be presented throughout the year 2022, each Mascota will become the protagonist of its story and present its own song. How eager to hear all four! 🎵
Starting on the 2nd of April with the funniest bird in the Serra de Collserola, Ti, we are waiting for you at the show! 🐤 In addition, after the show, you will be able to take pictures with them. 💛💚🧡💙

EFQM Award Ceremony
Parc d'atraccions Tibidabo receives the EFQM 500 Seal of Approval
The Tibidabo Amusement Park has been awarded the EFQM 500 Seal by the Excellence in Management Club, the official representative in Spain of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM), an organisation based in Brussels and represented in over 55 countries. The EFQM Seal is an international certification that recognises excellent, innovative and sustainable management of organisations, using the EFQM Model. The assessment consisted of a strategic reflection, carried out using the EFQM Model as a reference, which helped Tibidabo to gain a complete overview of its management.
The EFQM 500 award recognises and rewards different initiatives carried out by the Park, such as the excellent management of Tibidabo alliances that directly affect the environment, not only the Park, but also the city of Barcelona, such as the agreements with Unicef - Comitè Catalunya, the Technical University of Catalonia (UPC), Lego and the Serra de Collserola Natural Park.
The improvement and environmental effort of Tibidabo has also been recognised thanks to the implementation of the new mobility plan to reduce private transport to the summit and the emission of polluting gases. As well as promoting collective transport by means of the Cuca de Llum, which is in line with Barcelona's strategy and brings the Park closer to the city by offering the experience and fun of the Cuca de Llum, positioning it as Tibidabo's main attraction.
As a representative of the Excellence in Management Club and as a citizen of Barcelona, it is a great satisfaction and pride to be part of a public organisation that brings happiness to its citizens and visitors through excellent, innovative and sustainable management. Tibidabo represents an example of an exceptional organisation, highlighting its social commitment, its integration into the territory, a balance between the present and the future, as well as its involvement with all its different stakeholders. In short, an exemplary organisation that faces its challenges in order to guarantee itself a sustainable future in the long term, emphasises Miquel Romero, Marketing and Sales Director of the Club Excelencia en Gestión.
From the Tibidabo Amusement Park team, we would like to thank you for this recognition that encourages us to continue working to offer the best experience to all the people related to the Parc de la Felicitat. Thank you!
