Discover how the work on Tibidabo's new funicular is progressing
We’re building the Cuca de Llum, the new Tibidabo funicular railway
Work is continuing on the new Cuca de Llum, which will be the fastest, most sustainable and most iconic means of transport for accessing the top of Tibidabo and the entrance to the amusement park, and it’s an experience you’ll love right from the start.
Discover everything you need to know about what Tibidabo's new funicular railway will be like. You can follow the progress of the work through the time-lapse photos you can find here.
In the meantime, you can still get to Tibidabo by bus, taking the T2A and T2B Tibibusos. These operate at weekends and on public holidays, and are free when you present your tickets for the amusement park. Check out the timetables here.
