The Park of Happiness
Parc d’Atraccions Tibidabo SA (Tibidabo Amusement Park PLC) (“PATSA”) is a wholly owned company of Barcelona City Council, managed by municipal services firm Barcelona de Serveis Municipals SA (“B:SM”).
PATSA's role is to manage the operation of the Amusement Park along with its restaurant facilities.
Our commitment to service quality has led us to establish a system of communication with our customers, partners and employees that helps us understand at all times their wishes, concerns, impressions and opinions so that we can change and improve our offer, operating policies and customer service.
This commitment is part of the joint management strategy aimed at providing satisfaction and enjoyment for as many Barcelona citizens as possible.
