Please note that, in order to minimise the impact on all Tibiclub members of the four months of closure of the Tibidabo Amusement Park:

 

  • Your Tibiclub contract has been extended for the same amount of time as the Amusement Park remained closed for reasons of force majeure. You would check your new renewal date at the Tibiclub private area soon.
     
  •  Membership renewals that were due to take place in the months in which the Park was closed have also been postponed. We will send you a renewal notice by e-mail on your new expiry date.
     
  • If you registered for Tibiclub membership in the months in which the Park was closed, your membership will also have a new expiry date.

One of the steps taken to ensure the safety of both visitors and all Park employees is to control the Park’s total capacity. In order for us to manage it effectively, as well as for you to have a better experience at Tibidabo, you can your ticket in advance if you want to come and spend the day.

FAQs

Since the Park has been closed for reasons of force majeure for a total of nine and a half months, all contracts have been extended for 10 months (not including January and February, when the Park would have been closed anyway) based on the original date of the contract; i.e. the month shown on the membership card.

  • If your contract was originally due to expire in May 2020, your new renewal date is now 31 May 2021.
     
  • If your contract was originally due to expire in June 2020, your new renewal date is now 30 June 2021.
     
  • If your contract was originally due to expire in July 2020, your new renewal date is now 31 July 2021.
     
  • If your contract was originally due to expire in August 2020, your new renewal date is now 31 August 2021.
     
  • If your contract was originally due to expire in September 2020, your new renewal date is now 30 September 2021.
     
  • If your contract was originally due to expire in October 2020, your new renewal date is now 31 October 2021.
     
  • If your contract was originally due to expire in November 2020, your new renewal date is now 30 November 2021.
     
  • If your contract was originally due to expire in December 2020, your new renewal date is now 31 December 2021.
  • If your contract was originally due to expire in January 2021, your new renewal date is now 31 December 2021.
     
  • If your contract was originally due to expire in February 2021, your new renewal date is now 31 December 2021.

The extension of contracts will be made taking into account the opening months of the Park, skipping, in all appropriate cases, the months of January (the Park only opens the first week) and February.


For example: if you renewed your contract in December 2019 (and therefore, you would have to renew it in December 2020), the 4 months of closure of the facilities will be extended to your contract starting from March 2021. That is, the new renewal date will be June 2021.

The reservation will be canceled automatically. You can book a new date after the resumption of the Park's activity.

Yes. In addition to selecting the number of Tibiclub members, you can also select any other type of ticket available on the sales page. In that case, you will have to pay for the non-members’ tickets by card.

If you want to come and spend the day with your friends and family and take advantage of your 30% discounts, you will have to follow these steps:
 

  1. Go to online purchases.
     
  2. Select the activity "Amusement Park" and clic General entrance ticket.
     
  3. Click on the blue text on the top right-hand corner of the screen titled “Do you have a redemption code? Click here"
  4. Enter your invitation reference number (you can copy that number inside the Tibiclub private area on the website) and click on “Validate”.
     
  5. Select the tickets you need.
     
  6. Choose the day on which you would like to come.
     
  7. You will see a screen with a summary of the booking, where you must enter your personal details (these can be either your own or those of the person for whom you are buying the discounted ticket).
     
  8. Once you have booked your visit, a confirmation screen will appear. The booking will be priced at €0, and the price of the ticket must be paid directly at the Park ticket booth, on the day selected for the visit, by showing the booking receipt that you will have received in the e-mail mentioned above.
  • In order to change the date of the booking, you must first cancel the first one. To do so, you must contact us through the contact form you will find in the “My details” section of the Tibiclub members' area.
     
  • Once you have cancelled it, you can book a new date using the booking procedure explained above.

You cannot book more than one different day. You have to reserve a day first and when you come for your first visit, you can make the second reservation.
